In the elite club complex Mutti, we have created a unique and reliable water supply system that guarantees absolute comfort and independence for every resident. We understand that when it comes to water supply, there are no small details, so we have combined the best technologies and environmental solutions.

Double guarantee: Water sources

Our system operates on two independent sources: two artesian wells, ensuring complete autonomy in case one is shut down, the second well comes into operation.

The incoming water is stored in an underground reservoir with a capacity of 80,000 liters. This creates a significant reserve that guarantees an uninterrupted water supply to the entire complex.

Personalized approach: Water supply for your villa

From the central tanks, water is distributed to individual underground tanks in each villa with a capacity of 3,000 to 6,000 liters. This means you will always have your own personal water supply, and the water supply to your home will be stable, regardless of your neighbors' consumption.

For water circulation, we use only high-quality and reliable pumps from leading German brands Grundfos or Hayward, known for their durability and efficiency.

Purity and quality: Drinking water straight from the tap

We care about your health. The water supplied to your villa undergoes multi-stage purification using modern reverse osmosis systems. As a result, you get drinking-quality water straight from the tap.

For your convenience, each villa is equipped with high-capacity boilers (100-200 liters). At your request, we can also install a water cooler that will maintain the temperature at +5 °C — ideal for a hot day.

Care for the environment

The Mutti complex is connected to the municipal sewage system. This means that all wastewater is disposed of centrally, without polluting the soil or the environment. Our complete environmental friendliness is confirmed by the EIA certificate obtained in 2024.
